To properly and securely store, share, assign, and revoke access to your tools and accounts.
Prerequisites or requirements

This recipe covers user-management to some tools that you might not be using. If that is the case you can skip those SOPs.

Why this is important
If access to your accounts isn’t properly accounted for and managed, you can easily lose track of who has access to critical information and tools for your or your clients’ business, while also being more vulnerable to hacking.
