SOP 240: How to Connect Your SOPs To Your Go-To Platform with Project Management Integrations

Goal: 
To export ClickMinded SOPs to your project management platform of choice.

Ideal Outcome: 
You will have exported ClickMinded SOPs to Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and any other third-party platforms supported by ClickMinded.

Prerequisites or requirements: 

You will need to purchase the ClickMinded Project Management Integrations add-on for your SOPs before you could export them. You will also need an existing account for the platform you intend to export the SOP to, for example: Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.

Why this is important: 
Exporting ClickMinded SOPs to platforms like Asana, Trello allow you to delegate SOPs and build your company knowledge right from your existing project management tools.

You can export ClickMinded SOPs to these platforms:

• Asana

• ClickUp

• Trello

• Notion

• Monday

Scroll down or use the table of contents for steps to export ClickMinded SOPs to your preferred platform.

1. Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard .

2. Search for the SOP you want to export and click into that SOP.

3. Click “Export this SOP”

4. Select “Export to Asana”

5. You’ll be redirected to Asana’s permission page. Select “Allow”.

6.You will be redirected to your Asana workspace and there you will find the imported SOP along with the subtasks added to your Asana project.

1. Before you Export an SOP to your Notion account, you need to first create a dedicated page in Notion where you want to export the SOPs to. Copy the URL of the new Notion page (you will need this later). Note: You can also use an existing page in your current Notion account.

2. Now login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard .

3. Search for the SOP you want to export and click on that SOP.

4. Click “Export this SOP”

5. Paste the URL you copied before and select “Export to Notion”. Important: on occasion, Notion will add a query parameter at the end of the URL you are pasting into the input field that looks like "?pvs=4" — you will need to remove that from the last part of your URL.

6. You will be redirected to the Notion’s permission page. Click “Select Pages.”

7. Select the page you’ve created previously — This is where the SOP will be exported to, and click “Allow Access”

8. The SOP is now exported to your private Notion workspace.

1. Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard .

2. Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.

3. Click “Export this SOP”.

4. Next, select “Export to ClickUp”.

5. Choose a workspace to connect

6. The SOP is now imported into your ClickUp workspace.

1. Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard .

2. Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.

3. Click “Export this SOP”.

4. Next, select “Export to Monday”.

5. Select “Install the app”. This is a custom ClickMinded third-party Monday app that allows us to export SOPs directly into your workspace.

6. Authorize ClickMinded to install the platform interpreter to your Monday account.

7. Once installed, head back to the export screen, and select “Export to Monday”

8. You’ve now imported the SOP to your organization’s workspace.

1. Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard .

2. Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.

3. Click “Export this SOP”.

4. Next, select “Export to Trello”

5. You will be redirected to ClickMinded’s Trello board.

6. Click “Copy” from the sidebar and copy to your organization’s board, then click “Create Card”.

7. Login to your Trello workspace, and you should see the imported SOP.
