HubSpot Breeze

A Caddie Has To Know The Course

Breeze is HubSpot's own AI, already built into your account. It doesn't need setting up, but your team does need to know how to use it well. HubSpot's agents are different: they need to be set up, in Agent Hub, on records clean enough to trust. So we train your team on Breeze and set up the agents the way a caddie learns a new course: the records cleaned, your business written down where they can read it, and every agent given its job.

The buyer's mind

Why A Smart Team Gets Generic Answers

Getting HubSpot's AI to pay off is mostly a people job. The people who know your business, the people who use HubSpot every day and the admin who sets the switches all run on the same mental shortcuts. 3 findings shape how we train your team and set up the agents.

  • Write Down What Everyone Knows

The curse of knowledge · Camerer, Loewenstein and Weber, 1989

In their experiments, people who knew more couldn't set that knowledge aside when predicting the judgments of people who knew less, even when getting it right was in their interest. Trading in a market cut the effect by about 50% and didn't erase it. Your team knows your customers, products and voice so well they forget Breeze knows only what it can read. So we write it down where Breeze reads it: your brand voice, company profile, products and buyer profiles.

  • Hand Over The Right Club

Cognitive load theory · Sweller, 1988

Working a problem out from scratch takes so much mental capacity that little is left over for learning how it's done. An empty chat box makes every person work out what to ask before Breeze can help. So we train your team on a few ready-made prompts for the jobs they do every week, and people learn what a good answer looks like by seeing it.

  • Set Every Switch On Purpose

The default effect · Johnson and Goldstein, 2003

Across 11 European countries, consent to organ donation ran from 4.25% to 27.5% where people had to opt in, and from 85.9% to 99.98% where donation was the default. In the Netherlands, a mass mailing of more than 12,000,000 letters didn't move the rate. HubSpot ships its AI settings preset as well: CRM data on, files off, Breeze Assistant open to every user, and the switch that lets HubSpot train its AI models on your customer data turned on. So we go through each switch with you and set it for your business.

The machine's mind

A Caddie Is Only As Good As The Yardage Book

Breeze, as HubSpot describes it, is the AI built into your HubSpot account. Its assistant pulls from your CRM data, customer records and HubSpot's knowledge base, and HubSpot's agents run on your live CRM data from the day they're switched on. HubSpot's own setup guide is just as plain about the catch: if your data is incomplete or inconsistent, AI outputs may be inaccurate or irrelevant. A caddie working from last year's yardage book hands you the wrong club. So before we tune a single prompt, we fix what Breeze reads.

  • Breeze Assistant

Reads logged emails and call transcripts too, so a call nobody logged is a call it never heard.

  • Duplicate Records

2 records for 1 company can feed it outdated or conflicting facts, so we merge them before anything else.

  • Customer Agent

Answers customers from the help content and customer history you connect, so that content has to be right before it goes live.

  • Brand Kit And Company Profile

HubSpot says these keep its AI from guessing at basic facts about your business, so we fill them in first.

The indirect play

The Best Breeze Work Happens Outside Breeze

The obvious first move is to switch on every agent and see what happens. We start somewhere less exciting: merging duplicates, filling in the fields that matter and getting calls and emails logged. HubSpot's own setup guide puts that cleanup ahead of the AI features themselves, and it recommends giving agents only to the people who need them, so nothing changes a process or spends credits by accident. Mow the fairway first. Then hand the caddie the bag.

The playbook

From The First Tee To The Scorecard

  1. Walk The Course

What's in your HubSpot today: duplicates, empty fields, calls nobody logged, and the jobs your team wishes it had help with.

  2. Mow The Fairway

Duplicates merged, the fields Breeze leans on filled in and standardized, and conversations logged where it can read them.

  3. Teach The Caddie

Your brand voice, company profile, products and buyer profiles, written down where Breeze reads them.

  4. Pack The Bag

HubSpot's agents set up in Agent Hub, each with its job, for the teams that need them, and your team trained on Breeze for the work it does every week.

  5. Keep The Card

Hours back, answers your team trusts and credits per result, reviewed with you, with the next feature added once the last feature earns its spot.

The scoreboard

Judge The Caddie By The Card

A feature switched on isn't a result. We keep score on what Breeze and HubSpot's agents give your team back.

  • Hours Back

Time your team stops spending on research, call prep and follow-up notes, measured before and after.

  • Answers Trusted

How often your team uses what Breeze drafts instead of starting over.

  • Questions Resolved

If you run HubSpot's customer agent, the common questions it closes without handing them to a person.

  • Credits Per Result

What each answered question or finished task costs in HubSpot Credits, so spending follows results.

Questions

Fair Questions, Straight Answers

What Is HubSpot Breeze, Exactly?

The name HubSpot gives its built-in AI. Day to day, you'll meet it as Breeze Assistant, a conversational helper that works from your CRM data, customer records and HubSpot's knowledge base to answer questions, draft emails and reports, and prep you for meetings. HubSpot's agents, once called Breeze Agents, now sit in Agent Hub.

What Happened To Breeze Agents?

HubSpot renamed them. Breeze Agents is now Agent Hub, HubSpot's home for every agent in your account, and Breeze studio is now agent builder, where custom agents get made. If an older guide sends you looking for Breeze Agents, look in Agent Hub.

Doesn't HubSpot Say Breeze Needs No Setup?

Right, and it doesn't. Breeze is already in your account, so the work there is training your team to use it well. HubSpot's agents are the part that needs setting up: every agent in Agent Hub, with its job, its permissions and clean records to read. That's the part we build.

Which HubSpot Plans Include Breeze?

It depends on your plan, and HubSpot changes what each plan includes as Breeze grows, so your HubSpot rep is the right person to confirm what your account has today. Whatever it includes, we set it up to work from clean records and teach your team the parts that matter.

How Do We Keep Breeze From Burning Through Credits?

Turning on HubSpot's account-wide AI settings doesn't use credits. Specific features do, and HubSpot marks them with a credits icon. Agents and some projects can use them, so HubSpot recommends giving them only to the people who need them. We set those permissions before anything runs, then report credits per result.
