Zoho CRM is one of the least expensive CRMs you can buy on license price. We sell a competitor, and we’ll still say that plainly, because it’s true and you’d find out anyway.

Zoho CRM Pricing: The Quick Answer

If you just need the quick answer:

Every Zoho CRM Edition, Priced

The PointFor YouZoho CRM is free for up to 3 users, then priced per user per month, and billing annually costs less than billing monthly.

The real cost stack: the license per user on the pricing page, with add-ons, setup and migration, and admin time stacked below it

These are Zoho’s list prices in US dollars, per user per month, as Zoho published them on October 8, 2026. We re-check them monthly.

EditionBilled annuallyBilled monthlyNotes
Free$0$0Up to 3 users
Standard$14$20The basics
Professional$23$35More automation and reporting
Enterprise$40$50Larger teams and more complex processes

Where these prices come from, checked October 8, 2026:

  • Zoho CRM per user per month, billed annually or monthly: Free at $0 for up to 3 users, Standard $14 or $20, Professional $23 or $35, Enterprise $40 or $50, from the Zoho CRM pricing page

Zoho also lists an Ultimate edition, which its FAQ describes as built for large-scale deployments. Its price isn’t on the main pricing page, so check Zoho’s edition comparison for it. Zoho CRM Plus, a bundle of Zoho’s sales, marketing and service apps, is priced separately.

Zoho’s pricing page sets its prices by your location and currency, so the figures you see there may differ from these if you’re outside the US.

What a 10-Person Team Pays in Year 1

Licenses only, billed annually, before add-ons and setup:

  • Standard: 10 users x $14 x 12 months = $1,680
  • Professional: 10 users x $23 x 12 months = $2,760
  • Enterprise: 10 users x $40 x 12 months = $4,800

Billing monthly instead costs more at every tier, so if you’re sure about Zoho, annual billing is the cheaper way to pay.

The Costs That Aren’t on the Pricing Page

The PointFor YouThe license is the smaller part of the bill. Setup, data migration, add-ons and admin time are what surprise teams.

In our experience, the license is the smaller part of what a CRM costs. Here’s what else to price before you sign, with any CRM:

  1. Setup and data migration. Zoho’s pricing page advertises free onboarding, and its FAQ also describes end-to-end setup services. Ask what the free onboarding covers for your team: help configuring the system is different from someone moving and cleaning your data.
  2. Add-ons. Extra storage, extra features and some integrations cost more. Check the edition comparison for the limits you’ll hit first.
  3. Connecting your other tools. Zoho connects most easily with other Zoho apps. If your email, marketing or support tools come from elsewhere, find out what connecting them takes.
  4. Admin time. Someone has to keep fields clean, fix automation and train new hires. Those hours are a real cost, whether they’re on your payroll or a partner’s invoice.
  5. The cost of leaving later. Check what you can export and how. The cheapest CRM to buy can be expensive to leave.

Zoho CRM vs HubSpot on Price

The PointOn license alone, Zoho costs less than HubSpot at comparable tiers. It's the right pick when your business already runs on Zoho apps.

Here’s the honest comparison, on list price as of October 8, 2026. HubSpot’s figures come from its product catalog, which lists them as “starts at” prices per seat per month.

TierZoho CRM, per user per monthHubSpot Sales Hub
MiddleProfessional: $23 billed annuallySales Hub Professional: from $100 per seat per month, plus a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500
TopEnterprise: $40 billed annuallySales Hub Enterprise: from $150 per seat per month, billed annually, plus a required one-time onboarding fee of $3,500

Where these prices come from, checked October 8, 2026:

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Professional from $100 and Enterprise from $150 per seat per month, plus required one-time onboarding of $1,500 and $3,500, from the HubSpot product catalog
  • Zoho figures as listed above, from the Zoho CRM pricing page

For the same 10-person team at the middle tier, HubSpot Sales Hub Professional comes to 10 seats x $100 x 12 months = $12,000, plus $1,500 onboarding = $13,500 in year 1, against $2,760 for Zoho Professional. We aim to price a standard HubSpot implementation to meet or beat HubSpot’s own onboarding fee for Sales Hub Professional, listed at $1,500 as of October 8, 2026 in HubSpot’s product catalog.

On license alone, Zoho is cheaper at every comparable tier. That’s true, and if license price is your main constraint, it matters.

When Zoho Is the Right Pick

We’d point you to Zoho CRM when:

  • Your business already runs on Zoho apps. Zoho CRM fits that suite, and keeping everything in 1 family is worth a lot.
  • You need a sales CRM on a tight budget, and marketing and service can live elsewhere for now.

If either is you, Zoho is a sensible choice, and we’d tell you so on a call.

Our Take

The PointFor YouIn our view, HubSpot earns its higher price when marketing, sales and service need 1 shared record your team will actually use.

In our view, HubSpot earns its higher price when marketing, sales and service need to share 1 customer record, and when you want your team working in it every day without a full-time administrator. That’s the case for most growing teams we work with, which is why we recommend HubSpot most often.

If you’re weighing more than 2 options, our guide to cloud-based CRM software covers how to choose, and HubSpot vs Salesforce: Real Prices, Compared puts the other big name side by side.

Either way, price the whole bill, not just the license.
